Healthy, thoughtful eating is part of respecting yourself and respecting the earth.
The Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center is located in a farm-oriented national park. We encourage a farm-to-fork philosophy. As much as possible, we serve minimally-processed, made-from-scratch foods, which allows us to know which ingredients are in our meals and minimize serving food with unwanted preservatives and additives. This also permits us to more easily accommodate the dietary restrictions of our guests.
At the Education Center, youth and adults have the chance to experience new things, and trying new foods is part of that. But cereal and sandwiches are available upon request!
At the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center, we strive to accommodate special dietary needs to the greatest extent possible. Click Here to complete the dietary form, this will alert our executive chef to any restrictions or needs. We must receive this form at least two weeks before arrival date.
